Job summary

AltaMed Health Services Corporation is seeking an Operational Excellence Manager to plan, manage, and execute PACE initiatives across AltaMedPACE and Health Services clinics.

The role collaborates with all organizational levels to improve workflows, monitor risks, and ensure successful delivery of projects using evidence-based practices. Strong PM education and healthcare process improvement experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in data analysis and development of feasibility assessments, risk management, and change management is strongly preferred.
• Experience in health care process improvement and change management techniques strongly preferred.
• Formal project management education is required.
• Certification in project management, process improvement (green belt), and/or change facilitation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, implement, and execute AltaMedPACE initiatives for the PACE program and Health Services clinics.
• Collaborate with all organizational levels to improve workflows and cross-functional team processes.
• Continuously measure, monitor processes, risks, and controls through post-implementation reviews and project follow-ups.
• Plan and design programs, monitor their effectiveness, and initiate corrective actions.
