AltaMed Health Services seeks an Operational Excellence Manager to lead planning, managing, implementing, and executing AltaMedPACE initiatives across the PACE program and Health Services clinics. You will collaborate with leaders at all levels to improve workflows and cross-functional processes, and continually monitor risks, controls, and post-implementation results to ensure strategic goals are met.

This role requires a bachelor’s in business or health care, a master’s preferred, and at least

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, health care, or related field.
• Master's degree strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years managing complex cross-functional projects.
• Experience in data analysis and feasibility assessments, risk management, and change management preferred.
• Experience in health care process improvement and change management techniques preferred.
• Formal project management education required; certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, implement, and execute AltaMedPACE initiatives across the PACE program and Health Services clinics.
• Collaborate with all organizational levels to improve workflows and cross-functional processes.
• Continuously measure, monitor risks and controls through post-implementation reviews and project follow-ups.
• Design and plan programs, monitor effectiveness, and initiate corrective actions.
• Facilitate communication using evidence-based practices to ensure successful project delivery.
