Job summary

AltaMed Health Services Corp. seeks a Center Director to oversee day-to-day operations of the AltaMed PACE Center and potential ACS extension. You will plan, coordinate, and implement activities ensuring CMS and PACE compliance, budget controls, staffing, and quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Nursing, Psychology, or Gerontology required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience working with Senior Care Services and the elderly population.
• Experience collaborating with nursing, social work, psychology, recreation, occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech therapy, dietetics, and gerontology.
• Minimum of three years’ supervisory or management experience in healthcare or a related field.
• Bilingual: English/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese, depending on location preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations reflecting the mission of AltaMed PACE Program.
• Plan, coordinate, and implement activities ensuring CMS, PACE guidelines, and licensing requirements.
• Manage budget and fiscal performance, staffing, and center operations to achieve census and efficiency.
• Ensure quality, safety, and satisfaction goals; collaborate with administrative and medical leaders, quality management, and marketing teams.
