AltaMed Health Services is seeking a Center Manager to oversee the operations of the PACE Center and ensure services meet licensing and regulatory standards. You will work with key management to support Adult Day Health Care services and patient care excellence.

The role requires strong leadership, healthcare administration experience, and the ability to coordinate across nursing, social work, and therapy teams to maintain high-quality, compliant programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work, nursing, psychology, or gerontology required; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of three years' experience in a supervisor or management position in healthcare or a related field.
• Bilingual English/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese, depending on location, preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the overall operations of the PACE Center in alignment with licensing and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with nursing, social work, psychology, recreation, occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech therapy, dietetics, and gerontology teams to ensure comprehensive care.
