AltaMed Health Services Corp. seeks a PACE Care Center Supervisor to oversee diverse operational areas at the assigned site, ensuring efficient delivery of health care and social services.

You will support staff across clinical and administrative functions and contribute to budgets, process improvements, and care coordination. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field (or equivalent), 2+ years of supervision in healthcare, and strong collaboration with nursing, social work,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a health-related field or equivalent.
• License required if you hold a clinical degree.
• Minimum 2 years’ supervisor/management experience in healthcare or related field.
• Experience collaborating with nursing, social work, psychology, recreation/therapy disciplines.
• Process or quality improvement experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish/Mandarin/Cantonese depending on site location preferred.
• Valid BLS certification or higher per AHA/Red Cross guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of selected operational areas at the PACE center.
• Contribute to efficient delivery of health care and social services per regulatory standards.
• Assist staff selection, budgets, process improvements, and care coordination with internal/external resources.
