Qualificações

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• 6-10 years in foodservice operations with supervisory experience.
• Ability to manage warehouse workflow and driver fleet while overseeing safety and compliance.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise associates including scheduling, training, counseling, performance management and problem resolution.
• Manage inventory levels and budgets for the Warehouse Department; monitor monthly and annual budgets.
• Interact with customers and vendors in a friendly, timely, and professional manner.
• Establish procedures to maximize efficiency of operations and productivity.
• Solve operational problems and adapt to variable conditions with minimal standardization.
