Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 4-6 years warehouse and team lead or supervisory experience, including in-depth knowledge of all warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Directs all warehouse operations including shipping and receiving product.
• Controls warehouse functions to ensure accurate and timely flow of product.
• Collaborates with department teams and performs duties to best serve the company.
• Supervises staffing, training, coaching, performance management and problem resolution.
• Ensures safety programs and proper footwear/clothing; discusses workers' compensation costs.
• Coordinates with Transportation Manager to maximize efficiency and workload scheduling.
• Reviews stock status reports and coordinates with inventory staff to meet customer needs.
