Performance Food Group in Milwaukee is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee receiving, order pulling, loading, and paperwork. You will lead administrative staff, ensure accurate shift performance, and maintain safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities include coordinating pick planning with Warehouse Manager, maximizing productivity via the warehouse management system, and enforcing first-in/first-out stock rotation while upholding health and safety programs.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required; associates degree preferred.
• 2–4 years of warehouse or related operations experience.
• Supervisory experience and ability to lead a team effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises administrative staff including hiring, scheduling and training.
• Ensures timely and accurate order pulling and proper loading for delivery.
• Maintains FIFO stock rotation and proper stocking of received products.
• Promotes high service standards and safety across the team.
• Coordinates pick planning with the Warehouse Manager.
• Utilizes the warehouse management system to maximize productivity.
• Enforces health and safety programs and building security.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
