Job summary

Performance Food Group is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to direct all warehouse operations, including shipping/receiving, and oversee staff performance and safety programs.

You will partner with Transportation to optimize throughput, monitor inventory levels, and communicate shortages or substitutions to Customer Service and Operations Management. The role requires strong leadership and 4–6 years of supervisory warehouse experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 4-6 years warehouse and team lead or supervisory experience including in-depth knowledge of all warehouse processes.
• Bachelor's degree in business management, logistics or related area preferred.
• OSHA forklift operator certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs warehouse operations including shipping and receiving product.
• Supervises associates: staffing, training, coaching, performance management, and safety promotions.
• Coordinates with Transportation Manager to optimize unloading/loading and delivery scheduling.
• Maintains stock accuracy with inventory staff and communicates shortages or substitutions.
• Ensures building/equipment maintenance through supervision of maintenance staff.
