RR Donnelley & Sons is seeking a Vice President, Vertical Digital Sales to drive revenue and market share across Retail, Grocery, Restaurant, Telecom, and Healthcare verticals. You will lead a high-caliber sales team, develop strategic plans, and collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Finance to execute go-to-market strategies.

The role requires extensive leadership experience, deep knowledge of AdTech/MarTech, and a proven track record in new business development and cross-selling.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in media, advertising, and related digital sales roles.
• 8+ years of leadership experience, including 3+ years leading leaders.
• Experience with programmatic, AdTech, and MarTech ecosystems.
• Proven success in new business development, cross-selling, and quota attainment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Vertical Digital Sales team to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Execute sales plans aligned to business objectives across multiple verticals.
• Develop annual strategic plans to drive revenue, new business, and retention.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Finance on go-to-market strategies.
• Foster top-client relationships and negotiate high-stakes deals.
• Forecast accurately and manage pipelines using Salesforce.
