Job summary

RRD, a leading global provider of marketing, packaging, print, and supply chain solutions, seeks a Vice President of Vertical Digital Sales. You will lead a high‑performing sales team across Retail, Grocery, Restaurant, Telecom and Healthcare, develop strategic plans, and build executive relationships to grow revenue and market share.

Responsibilities include guiding revenue plans, forecasting in Salesforce, hiring and coaching leaders, and driving cross‑selling.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in media, advertising and related fields with progression.
• 8+ years in leadership, including leading leaders.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Vertical Digital Sales team to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Develop annual strategic business plans to drive revenue and growth in industry verticals.
• Forecast and report pipeline and results using Salesforce.
• Hire, coach, and develop direct/indirect reports; manage performance.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing and Finance on go‑to‑market strategies.
• Build top client relationships and drive cross‑selling opportunities.
