Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a Vice President, Business Transformation - Finance to lead major transformation programs and partner with senior leaders to drive enterprise-wide value.

The role focuses on designing and delivering data-driven initiatives, coordinating cross-functional teams, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement across the organization. Based in Madison, WI, with executive-level exposure and strategic impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management, or a related discipline. Licenses as needed. Certification in PMP/PgMP/CBTP or Change Management is preferred.
• Ten (10) years of related experience in business transformation, with several years in a management role having significant business impact.
• Experience in management consulting and/or enterprise transformation roles within B2B environments; financial services experience highly preferred.

• Leads transformation initiatives that support business unit growth objectives and deliver measurable impact.
• Partners with divisional and functional leaders to identify high-value initiatives.
• Designs and delivers transformation programs coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Leads data-driven process redesign to improve efficiency and innovation.
• Accelerates deployment of innovative solutions with technology and business leaders.
• Applies analytical rigor to diagnose root causes and inform decisions.
• Drives change management and stakeholder engagement at all levels.
• Serves as trusted advisor with executive presence and clear communication.
• Tracks outcomes, manages risks, and embeds continuous improvement culture.
