Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a VP of Business Transformation - Finance to lead major transformation programs, aligning cross-functional teams with enterprise goals. You will drive data-driven initiatives, manage risks, and ensure sustainable improvements across critical finance functions.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in transformation, strong executive communication, and a proven track record in financial services or related B2B sectors. A PMP/CBTP or Six Sigma certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management, or related discipline preferred.
• Ten (10) years of related experience in business transformation with management responsibility.
• Experience in management consulting and/or enterprise transformation in B2B environments.
• Financial services sector experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads transformation initiatives that support business unit growth objectives and deliver measurable impact.
• Partners with leaders to identify high-value enterprise initiatives.
• Designs and delivers transformation programs coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Drives data-driven process redesign and tech-enabled improvements.
• Accelerates deployment of innovative solutions with technology and business leaders.
• Applies rigorous analytics to diagnose root causes and inform decisions.
• Executes change management strategies and engages stakeholders at all levels.
• Acts as trusted advisor with executive presence and clear communication.
