Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a VP Business Transformation - Finance to lead major business processes and partner with senior leaders to deliver enterprise-wide improvements. You will oversee cross-functional programs, drive data-driven initiatives, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives across finance and related functions.

This role requires a track record of large-scale change, strategic communications, and executive-level influence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field; MBA preferred.
• Licenses as needed. Certification in PMP, PgMP, CBTP, Change Management, or Six Sigma.
• Ten years of related experience in business transformation with significant management impact; consulting and/or enterprise transformation in B2B environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads transformation initiatives that support business unit growth objectives and deliver measurable impact through structured execution and strategic alignment.
• Partners with divisional and functional leaders to identify high-value initiatives that advance organizational priorities.
• Designs and delivers transformation programs by coordinating cross-functional teams and aligning with strategic goals.
• Leads process redesign with data-driven thinking and technology enablement to enhance efficiency and unlock innovation.
• Accelerates deployment of innovative solutions with cross-functional collaboration and governance.
• Applies analytical rigor to diagnose root causes and inform data-backed decisions.
• Drives adoption and cultural alignment via proactive change management and stakeholder engagement.
• Serves as trusted advisor with strategic insight and executive presence during leadership discussions.
• Tracks outcomes, manages risks, and embeds continuous improvement across transformation efforts.
