Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a Vice President of Business Transformation - Finance to lead major process redesigns and drive data-driven programs across the finance function. You will partner with senior leaders to identify high-impact opportunities, orchestrate cross-functional teams, and shape strategic plans that align with the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; licenses as needed.
• Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, CBTP or Change Management preferred.
• At least 10 years in business transformation with leadership impact.
• Experience in management consulting and enterprise transformation in B2B.
• Financial services/insurance industry experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leads transformation initiatives that drive growth and measurable impact.
• Partners with leaders to identify high-value, enterprise-critical priorities.
• Designs and delivers cross-functional transformation programs.
• Drives process redesign with data-driven thinking and tech enablement.
• Identifies and implements high-impact use cases with IT and business.
• Applies analytics to diagnose root causes and inform decisions.
