Job summary

Sedgwick, a global risk and claims administrator, seeks a Vice President of Business Transformation - Finance to lead major transformation programs across finance and shared services. You will partner with senior leaders, set priorities, and drive adoption of data-driven solutions to improve efficiency and performance.

You will oversee cross-functional teams, deliver measurable results, and guide change management while maintaining executive presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/finance/related; licenses as needed; certification in PMP, PgMP, CBTP, Change Mgmt or Six Sigma.
• Ten years in business transformation with leadership impact; experience in management consulting and/or enterprise transformation in B2B; financial services preferred.
• Strategy execution; Collaboration & communication; Analytical, data-driven thinking; Leadership and negotiation skills; Excellent written and oral communication.

Responsibilities
