Netskope is seeking a visionary VP, Solutions Engineering for North America to build and scale a high-performing SE organization that translates customer requirements into compelling technical outcomes, generating revenue and competitive advantage. This leader partners with Sales, Product, Engineering and Marketing to shape go-to-market strategy and accelerate wins.

Qualifications

Proven executive leadership experience in a high-growth B2B SaaS, cybersecurity, or cloud company.
Strong track record recruiting, developing and retaining SE leaders.
Experience designing and improving pre-sales methodology and operating models.
Deep understanding of modern cybersecurity and cloud tech (SASE, SSE, ZTNA, data security).

Responsibilities

Lead and scale a high-performing Solutions Engineering organization across North America.
Define and evolve the SE methodology across discovery, qualification, POV/POC, and technical close.
Partner with regional/WW Sales, Product, Engineering and Marketing to align SE strategy with revenue.
Drive data-driven, AI-enabled processes to improve productivity and outcomes.
Coach SE leaders to connect technology with business outcomes and stakeholder value.
Develop talent, succession plans and operating models to sustain growth.
