Alert Disaster Restoration is seeking a seasoned Vice President of Sales to lead our property restoration division, focusing on large loss fire damage. The role blends strategic sales leadership with hands-on client engagement to drive revenue and win major projects.

You will mentor a team of sales professionals, nurture relationships with insurance adjusters and property managers, and shape a high-performance sales culture through ongoing coaching and training.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales, with a specific focus on property restoration or related fields.
• Strong ability to close complex sales and manage significant client accounts.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in team management and coaching.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of effectively negotiating and building rapport with clients and team members alike. Strategic thinker with a keen understanding of market dynamics and customer psychology in the property restoration industry.

Responsibilities

• Sales Leadership (70%): drive business growth by developing and maintaining relationships with key clients, including insurance adjusters and property management firms, closing large loss fire restoration deals.
• Management and Coaching (30%): mentor and coach a team of sales professionals, conduct regular training on sales techniques, client management, and industry knowledge.
