Job summary

Alert Disaster Restoration seeks a results-driven Vice President of Business Development to lead growth across Central California. You will forge strategic relationships, expand market presence, and drive revenue from restoration and reconstruction services.

The role collaborates with the COO and leadership to pursue opportunities and strengthen referrals while promoting client retention. The position requires building a robust sales pipeline, managing partnerships, and representing the company

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Ten (10) years or more of professional sales, business development, account management, or related experience.
• Proven experience developing professional relationships and generating new business.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational, time-management, follow-through, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with business technology and the ability to learn and effectively utilize company systems and software.
• Valid California driver’s license and ability to meet company driving and insurance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with growth objectives and revenue goals.
• Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and relationship development.
• Identify opportunities with insurance professionals, property managers, commercial clients, municipalities, and other referral partners.
• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline within the service area.
• Meet or exceed sales, revenue, and business development goals.
• Collaborate with leadership and operations to maximize opportunities and support project outcomes.
• Respond to inquiries and emergencies to support customer acquisition and revenue growth.
