Job summary

Lincoln Hancock Restoration seeks a Vice President of Operations to lead the restoration divisions, manage procurement, vendor partnerships, and warranty processes. The role requires extensive construction and disaster recovery experience and travel readiness.

You will oversee subcontractor vetting, change orders, budgeting, and coordination with Project Directors. Strong communication and leadership are essential to drive operations and project delivery across markets.

Qualifications

• Disaster Recovery Construction experience required.
• 8–10 years in construction/restoration or disaster recovery.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Procore is a plus.
• Excellent communication with internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead Lincoln Hancock Restoration departments in material procurement, vendor partnerships, compliance, subcontractors, and warranty.
• Travel 60% of the year for disaster recovery and emergency response operations.
• Manage a team of support personnel and coordinate with Project Directors and Estimating.
• Vetting, selecting, and managing subcontractors and change orders within contracts.
• Oversee procurement, budgeting, and Work Order System alongside Finance.
