K3T Restoration is seeking a Large-Loss Restoration Sales Director for remote work. The role focuses on identifying and securing large-loss opportunities, building a high-value sales pipeline, and exceeding revenue targets while cultivating relationships with insurers, brokers, consultants, and facility specialists.

The position requires travel for storm and catastrophe events, collaboration with operations and executive teams, and professional representation at industry events.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in commercial restoration or large-loss sales.
• Strong networking with brokers, consultants, adjusters.
• Understanding of insurance claims process and catastrophe response.
• Self-motivated, disciplined and results-driven.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Identify, pursue, and secure large-loss and catastrophe restoration opportunities.
• Generate and manage a strong sales pipeline of high-value commercial restoration projects.
• Meet or exceed revenue and growth targets.
• Develop and maintain relationships with consultants, brokers, adjusters, and large insured organizations.
• Represent the company at industry events and travel as needed.
• Collaborate with operations, project management, estimating, and executive teams.
