Qualifications

• 8+ years of applied experience in data science, analytics, or related fields.
• Experience leading technical professionals, including performance management.
• Masters/PhD in quantitative field as listed in requirements.
• Experience leading complex analytics projects from problem to results.
• Proficiency with Python and/or R.
• Experience querying and transforming large datasets with SQL.
• Ability to communicate complex analytics to diverse audiences.
• Located in or willing to relocate to Minneapolis, MN.
