The role emphasizes inclusion, talent coaching, and cross-functional collaboration with HR Strategy and Operations to advance business objectives. 10+ years of HR leadership experience is expected.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• 10+ years HR or managerial experience
• Advanced data analytics experience

Responsabilidades

• Lead enterprise talent strategies leveraging recruiting, learning and development, retention and engagement
• Consult with senior leaders on organizational design and effectiveness
• Partner with HR COEs and operations to execute the talent charter
