Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking an SVP, Head of Corporate Digital Analytics & Insights to lead analytics and insights for our corporate and commercial banking digital organization.

Reporting to the CDO, this leader will define the analytics strategy, establish a roadmap, and translate digital data into meaningful business outcomes. You will shape an analytics function, work with business, product, technology, UX, and data partners, lead a small team, and ensure analytics informs strategy and investment

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive analytics experience.
• Experience defining and leading analytics or insights strategy.
• Proven ability to build and develop high-performing analytics teams.
• Strong understanding of digital measurement, client behavior, and optimization.
• Technical fluency with SQL, Python, data visualization tools.
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, Amplitude, Databricks is beneficial.
• Executive communication and storytelling skills for senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead analytics and insights strategy for corporate and commercial banking.
• Define vision, priorities, and roadmap for digital analytics across the organization.
• Connect analytics to measurable business outcomes like client growth and retention.
• Partner with senior leaders to align analytics with priorities, investments, and roadmaps.
• Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks to monitor digital performance.
