Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or analytical field with 6+ years of analytics experience.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities with large datasets.
• Proficiency in SQL; familiarity with Python and/or R; experience with SAS, Dataiku, or similar tools is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to translate data into clear narratives for senior audiences.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data integrity and analytical rigor.
• Ability to build relationships and collaborate across functions and levels; confident presenting insights.
• Highly motivated; comfortable in a fast‑paced, multi‑priority environment.
• Intellectually curious; able to approach ambiguous problems with structured thinking.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, drivers, opportunities, and actionable insights.
• Partner with Product, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other teams to shape analytical approaches and provide data‑driven perspectives.
• Translate complex data into clear recommendations for senior management.
• Develop executive‑ready narratives and materials that synthesize analyses into clear conclusions for leadership.
• Identify opportunities to automate, standardize, and enhance analytics capabilities.
• Maintain high data quality through validation, reconciliation and documentation.
• Manage and mentor a junior team member, guiding priorities and stakeholder communication.
