Reporting to the CDO, this leader will set the roadmap and guide data-driven decisions that influence product strategy and investments. You will lead a small team of data science professionals, collaborate with product, technology, UX, and data partners, and elevate measurement, AI-enabled insights, and performance

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive experience in analytics, digital analytics, data science, or insights.
• At least 5 years of people leadership experience within a complex org.
• Strong executive communication and storytelling capabilities.
• Proven ability to build and lead high-performing analytics teams.
• Experience defining analytics strategy and aligning it to business goals.

Responsibilities

• Define the analytics and insights strategy and roadmap for the organization.
• Lead a team of data science and analytics professionals.
• Translate complex findings into clear business implications for senior leaders.
