U.S. Bank is seeking aStrategic Recruiter for AI, Data & Innovation to source, assess, and recruit top talent.

You will partner with senior leaders to translate business priorities into targeted talent strategies and deliver high-quality experiences for candidates and hiring leaders. You will build diverse pipelines across AI, data, analytics, and technology, while driving efficient, data-informed recruiting processes.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Five or more years of recruiting experience
• Experience recruiting specialized AI, data, analytics, technology, or related fields
• Strong knowledge of AI/data talent markets and ability to translate needs into strategies
• Proven ability to review recruiting data, labor-market trends, and metrics

Responsabilidades

• Strategic Talent Advisory: partner with senior leaders to understand priorities and workforce needs across AI, Data & Innovation.
• Specialized Talent Acquisition: lead complex searches for AI, data, analytics, technology, and innovation talent.
• Talent Market Intelligence: provide insights on talent availability, compensation, and market dynamics.
• Strategic Sourcing: develop targeted sourcing strategies and diverse candidate pipelines.
• Leadership Partnership: act as trusted advisor throughout the hiring process and influence search strategy.
• Pipeline Development: build sustainable talent pipelines for current and emerging capabilities.
• Candidate Experience: deliver a high-touch, consultative experience representing U.S. Bank.
