Job summary

Metric DCX seeks a Vice President of Operations to lead hyperscale data center delivery across the United States, partnering with an ENR Top-10 General Contractor.

You will direct portfolio P&L, shape operational strategy, develop senior teams, and cultivate executive client relationships while aligning preconstruction, procurement, construction, and commissioning for long-term growth.

Qualifications

• Experience leading major hyperscale data center portfolios.
• Proven track record in executive leadership of construction programs.
• Experience aligning preconstruction, procurement, construction and commissioning.

Responsibilities

• Lead Directors of Construction and senior operational teams.
• Own portfolio P&L, forecasting, margin performance, and budgets.
• Set operational strategy and ensure consistent delivery.
• Build executive-level relationships with hyperscale clients and delivery partners.
• Oversee workforce planning and succession planning.
• Manage portfolio risk and escalated project challenges.
• Align preconstruction, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams.
