Metric DCX is seeking a Director of Construction to lead hyperscale data center programs nationwide from our Georgia operations. You’ll oversee preconstruction through turnover, guiding project teams, budgets, client relationships, and safety standards.

Ideal candidates have background as Director of Construction, Project Executive, or Senior Project Manager, with a track record of delivering complex facilities and building long-term client partnerships.

Qualifications

• Directing large-scale hyperscale construction programs.
• Experience as Director of Construction, Project Executive, or Senior PM.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Strong client and subcontractor relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Lead project executives, project managers, and field leadership teams across hyperscale data center programs.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, resource allocation, and delivery performance.
• Drive safety, quality, and operational standards across multiple projects.
• Build strong relationships with clients, design partners, and key subcontractors.
• Manage project risk, commercial performance, and contract compliance.
• Coordinate preconstruction, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities.
• Develop talent and build teams that support long-term business growth.
