Metric DCX is partnering with an ENR Top-10 General Contractor to hire a Vice President of Operations to lead the delivery and growth of its hyperscale data center construction portfolio across the United States.

If you're an experienced VP of Operations, Regional VP, or Director of Construction with a track record of leading mission-critical construction portfolios, this could be a great next step. You will guide executive-level teams and drive significant growth.

Qualifications

• Experience leading major mission-critical construction portfolios.
• Owns portfolio P&L, forecasting, margin performance and budgets.
• Leads Directors of Construction, Project Executives and senior operational teams.
• Builds executive-level relationships with hyperscale clients and delivery partners.
• Oversees workforce planning and succession planning.
• Manages portfolio risk, commercial exposure and escalated challenges.
• Aligns preconstruction, procurement, construction and commissioning teams.
