Job summary

Metric DCX is seeking a Project Executive to oversee delivery of large-scale hyperscale data center projects across the United States. You will lead project teams, manage client relationships and ensure delivery on budget, schedule, safety and quality.

The role requires comfortable national travel and the ability to manage complex construction programs while maintaining strong commercial and operational leadership across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in commercial construction.
• Led projects valued at $100M+.
• Experience directing multiple project teams.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and hyperscale construction.
• Previous experience with a major General Contractor preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple large-scale data center projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Lead Project Managers and field teams.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, schedules and profitability.
• Maintain relationships with hyperscale clients and key stakeholders.
• Coordinate procurement and subcontractor performance.
• Ensure safety, quality and contractual compliance.
• Support staffing and leadership development.
