Location specified as Ohio, with hands-on leadership from preconstruction through turnover, guiding large teams and maintaining client relationships.

The role emphasizes strategic and operational leadership, overseeing budget and schedule performance, and driving safety and quality across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead project executives, project managers, and field leadership teams.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, resource allocation, and delivery performance.
• Drive safety, quality, and operational standards across multiple projects.
• Build relationships with clients, design partners, and key subcontractors.
• Manage project risk, commercial performance, and contract compliance.
• Coordinate preconstruction, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities.
• Develop talent and build teams to support long-term growth.
