Hyperscale Infrastructure seeks a Vice President of Operations to own the operational portfolio, overseeing a growing set of AI compute and hyperscale data centers. You will lead a high-performing team, set standards, and drive reliability, safety and performance across facilities.

Qualifications

• 10–20+ years in data center operations or mission-critical infrastructure.
• Experience at Director/VP level overseeing complex facilities and teams.
• Proven ability to build and lead high-performing operations groups.
• Strong tech understanding of HVAC, electrical, cooling, and building systems.
• Experience managing budgets, service contracts and external providers.
