Job summary

Metric DCX, a data center developer, is seeking a Director of Development & Construction to lead hyperscale projects from early development through design and construction handover across a growing national portfolio.

You will oversee entitlements, permitting, utilities and site development, coordinate engineers and external consultants, and work with senior leadership on strategy and feasibility in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead data center projects through early-stage development, design and construction handover.

• Work closely with senior leadership on development strategy, project feasibility and delivery.
• Play a key role in bringing large-scale hyperscale campuses to market.
