Qualifications

• 10+ years of responsible experience in real estate transactions, including valuation/appraisal.
• 5 years of supervisory experience managing direct reports required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Land Acquisition Department, managing all employees and their functions.
• Create and ensure adherence to the annual strategic acquisitions plan.
• Oversee the acquisition escrow and entitlement process.
