Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years’ experience with 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Extensive experience in multifamily development and/or acquisitions.
• Computer proficiency including Excel and other underwriting software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop a multifamily development and land acquisition strategy.
• Create and implement SOPs focused on development and acquisition targets.
• Research market conditions and maintain up-to-date data.
• Lead a team of consultants and contractors to develop projects.
• Manage procurement of project permits and approvals.
