Job summary

4rahlp1 American Homes 4 Rent, L.P. is seeking a Regional Vice President (VP) – Land Acquisition to manage land acquisition activities within the East Region. Responsibilities include developing strategic acquisition plans, conducting market research, and overseeing the Land Acquisition Department's activities.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Real Estate, with a minimum of ten years of relevant experience and strong leadership skills. This position is eligible for quarterly bonuses and generous benefits including medical, dental, 401(k), and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Minimum of ten (10) years of real estate transaction experience.
• Five (5) years of supervisory experience managing direct reports.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Develop an annual strategic acquisitions plan.
• Conduct market research focused on employment and competition.
• Provide targeted market studies for the executive team.
• Manage and update investment proformas and budgets.
