JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Wilmington, DE seeks an HR Business Intelligence - Vice President to lead advanced analytics for Human Resources. You will translate business needs into technical solutions, ensure data governance, and champion self-service analytics across a global organization.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to drive data visualization, cloud platform integration (Databricks), and continuous improvement within the Employee Experience team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field.
• 7 years of experience in a Business Intelligence role within a large, complex organization.
• 2 years of direct team leadership experience.
• Experience delivering Business Intelligence solutions in cloud environments.
• Experience building BI solutions using Tableau, Qlik, Power BI, or Sigma.
• Knowledge of data visualization, dashboard design, and self-service analytics.
• Written and verbal communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.

Responsabilités

• Partner with Human Resources and business leaders to understand requirements and deliver actionable workforce insights.
• Lead the development of self-service analytics capabilities, enabling users to independently explore data and generate insights.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across all business intelligence solutions, maintaining high standards for governance and quality.
• Monitor BI solution performance, gather user feedback, and implement enhancements for continuous improvement.
• Manage and mentor a team of BI professionals, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
• Integrate BI tools with cloud data platforms, including Databricks, to optimize analytics delivery.
