Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an HR Business Intelligence - Vice President to lead workforce analytics within the Employee Experience team. You will translate business needs into scalable cloud BI solutions and promote self-service analytics across the enterprise.

You will mentor a BI team, ensure data governance, and partner with HR and business leaders to deliver actionable insights using platforms like Tableau and Power BI, with Databricks integration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related field.
• 7 years of experience in a Business Intelligence role within a large, complex organization.
• 2 years of direct team leadership experience.
• Experience delivering BI solutions in cloud environments.
• Experience building BI solutions using Tableau, Qlik, Power BI, or Sigma.
• Knowledge of data visualization, dashboard design, and self-service analytics.
• Written and verbal communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Human Resources and business leaders to understand requirements and deliver actionable workforce insights.
• Lead the development of self-service analytics capabilities, enabling users to independently explore data and generate insights.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across all business intelligence solutions, maintaining high standards for governance and quality.
• Monitor business intelligence solution performance, gather user feedback, and implement enhancements for continuous improvement.
• Manage and mentor a team of business intelligence professionals, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
• Integrate business intelligence tools with cloud data platforms, including Databricks, to optimize analytics delivery.
