Job summary

Newmark is seeking a Vice President, Workplace Experience to build, lead, and grow a differentiated Workplace Experience program within the firm’s Facilities Management and Occupier Solutions business.

This senior leader will develop scalable, hospitality-led workplace experience solutions that enhance the employee, occupant, and client experience while supporting account growth and overall Facilities Management revenue objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or relevant certification preferred.
• Experience leading hospitality-led workplace programs across multi-site environments.
• Strong understanding of corporate real estate and facilities operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, refinement, and growth of Newmark’s Workplace Experience offering within Facilities Management and Occupier Solutions.
• Create scalable, hospitality-led service models integrating employee experience, workplace operations, client care, and FM coordination.
• Establish program value proposition, standards, playbooks, staffing, training, and reporting.
• Develop client-facing materials, scopes, and narratives articulating Newmark’s Workplace Experience offering.
• Identify and grow Workplace Experience opportunities within existing FM accounts.
• Partner with FM leadership, Business Development, Account Management, and regional teams on new client pursuits and advisory conversations.
• Drive account growth by positioning Workplace Experience as a differentiated service-delivery capability.
