Job summary

Newmark Group, Inc. is seeking a Workplace Experience Manager to oversee day-to-day operation, maintenance, safety, and experience of the assigned facility.

You will work with the Property Manager, landlord, service providers, and client representatives to ensure high standards and compliant services. The role requires a proactive, service-oriented professional who can manage multiple priorities, coordinate vendors and projects, and maintain accurate facility records to deliver a safe, welcoming

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of facilities management, property operations, or workplace services experience.
• Experience coordinating facility projects, vendors, maintenance activities, and client requirements.
• Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, life-safety, and general building systems preferred.
• Experience using a CMMS or similar work-order and asset-management platform.
• Certified Facility Manager or comparable IFMA designation preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate preventive maintenance programs and maintain interior and exterior condition and appearance of the facility.
• Serve as primary liaison among client, landlord, property management team, service providers, and other key stakeholders.
• Coordinate facility projects, including workspace improvements, repairs, equipment installations, and other site-related initiatives.
• Conduct regular project and operational meetings with client representatives, landlord, property management, and vendors.
• Monitor preventive and reactive work orders and maintain CMMS data.
