• Ten+ years of growth-strategy experience in utilities/energy services/consulting.
• Significant demand-side management experience in energy markets.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

• Develop sales and market strategies by translating market trends into action.
• Lead proposals with strong value propositions, pricing, and client engagement.
