Job summary

DNV is seeking a Head of Department (VP) for Growth, Strategy & Market Development to drive the next phase of Growth in our Energy Management business. You will lead a national, multidisciplinary team to win new business, develop scalable client solutions, and strengthen commercial and operational capabilities for successful delivery.

You will report to the SVP and bring strong utility sales expertise, commercial judgment, and inclusive leadership.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in growth strategy and market development.
• Proven ability to win new business and lead multi-disciplinary teams.
• Strong commercial judgment and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver growth and market expansion.
• Shape and pursue prioritized growth opportunities and client solutions.
• Oversee pricing, proposals, and contract negotiations with a focus on value.
• Collaborate with product, software, and client teams to scale offerings.
