The ideal candidate is a social media expert with strong analytics and data fluency, capable of defining what social needs to know and how insights drive action.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership experience in global social analytics function.
• Deep platform expertise across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, X and Pinterest.
• Strong data fluency and ability to query BI data directly.
• Experience with data strategy and measurement in marketing contexts.

Responsibilities

• Define the Global Social measurement framework and KPI definitions.
• Specify social data requirements and taxonomy across campaigns and markets.
• Shape the analytics tool and data ecosystem with governance standards.
• Champion AI adoption within social measurement using automation.
• Lead measurement design including creative testing and lift analyses.
• Serve as the definitive social platform expert guiding teams.
• Partner with Marketing Analytics to connect platform data to KPIs.
• Translate performance data for executive audiences.
• Build and lead a high-performing social intelligence team.
