Job summary

SharkNinja, a global product design and technology company based in Needham, MA, is seeking a VP of Global Social to lead strategy, platform intelligence, and measurement. This senior leader will transform social signals into faster, better decisions across content, creators, platforms, markets, and investments.

The role requires deep analytics, data fluency, and the ability to set the social data agenda while partnering with Analytics, Enterprise Data, and IT to ensure scalable data products

Qualifications

• 12+ years in social media, social strategy, analytics, or data strategy with senior leadership experience.
• Expertise across multiple platforms: TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, X, Pinterest.
• Strong data fluency, ability to query platform/BI data and work with data partners.

Responsibilities

• Own the Global Social measurement framework, KPIs, reporting cadence, benchmarks, and dashboards.
• Define data requirements and taxonomy across campaigns, assets, markets, and posts.
• Shape analytics tool and data ecosystem with IT/Analytics teams.
• Champion AI adoption for reporting, anomaly detection, and insights.
• Lead measurement design beyond reporting, including testing and brand lift analyses.
• Act as the definitive social platform expert and translate signals into guidance for teams.
• Connect platform data to business KPIs with Marketing Analytics collaboration.
• Translate performance data into executive insights and drive decision-making.
• Build and develop a high-performing analytics team.
