Qualifications

• 10+ years in social media/digital marketing, with 4+ years in a leadership role.
• Agency-side experience is required; large, social-first brand experience preferred.
• Deep influencer/creator marketing experience with budget ownership at scale.
• Proven ability to scale branded social content with measurable commercial impact across US/Canada.

Responsibilities

• Own the North America social content calendar and channel strategy.
• Lead a regional team across US and Canada.
• Manage multi-million dollar creator budgets and agency partners.
• Collaborate with Creator Commerce, Analytics, and Creative teams on full-funnel campaigns.
• Report regional performance and investment recommendations to the SVP, Global Social.
