Job summary

SharkNinja is seeking a Senior Manager, Social Creative Acceleration to lead the end-to-end production infrastructure for global social content across Shark and Ninja Kitchen brands. You will build scalable processes, govern workflows, and ensure high-quality output across markets.

You'll own tooling, AI-enabled automation, capacity planning, and a team of three Project Managers, partnering with strategy, brand creative, and paid media to drive rapid, consistent content at scale.

Qualifications

• 7–8 years in creative or marketing operations within high-growth organizations.
• Proven ability to build scalable operational systems for social content.
• Experience with resource planning, budgeting, and cross-functional execution.
• Strong production background—on-set or with creators.
• Proficiency with project management and DAM tools.

Responsibilities

• Architect end-to-end social creative operating model across intake, production, and delivery.
• Define governance, standards, and planning processes for global scale.
• Own full workflow from brief to delivery, including routing, approvals, and handoffs.
• Manage capacity, budgets, and resourcing across three brands.
• Oversee global content production across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and paid media.
• Develop localization packs and SLAs for adaptation.
• Lead tooling strategy including AI-enabled workflows and dashboards.
• Mentor three Project Managers and foster a culture of clarity and accountability.
