Job summary

SharkNinja is seeking a Manager, Social Analytics to lead social analytics for Mexico, Brazil, and LATAM. The role blends deep social media fluency with advanced analytics and growing AI-powered workflows, reporting to the Sr. Director, Social Analytics.

You will translate social signals into actionable insights for regional growth, working with cross-functional teams across social, marketing, and agencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Marketing, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in marketing analytics or social media analytics.
• Experience with SQL and Snowflake; comfort with AI-assisted analytics tools and agentic workflows is a plus.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead reporting and insights across all social media activity for LATAM markets.
• Serve as primary analytics partner for the region, collaborating with regional social and marketing leaders.
• Direct the use of AI agents against social and marketing data to surface signal faster.
• Provide fast, actionable analysis to inform regional growth and product strategy.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across regional and global partners.
• Define KPI frameworks and executive reporting, automating recurring outputs where possible.
• Establish benchmarks and evolve measurement approaches for the LATAM region.
