Job summary

Gong seeks a VP, Global Revenue Architecture to lead a multi-region Revenue Architecture organization over NAMER, EMEA, and APAC. You will set global strategy for retention, expansion, and customer value realization across Enterprise segments, while building leadership depth and scalable, cross-functional processes.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or revenue-facing leadership within B2B SaaS.
• Proven track record owning enterprise-scale retention and expansion targets (GRR/NRR).
• Experience across multiple regions and time zones with global programs.
• Experience building or scaling a new segment, vertical, or 'startup within a startup' motion.
• Comfort engaging with customer C‑suite and VP stakeholders with strong executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Lead across three regions: manage a global org of ~100 across NAMER, EMEA, APAC.
• Define a single revenue transformation methodology and scalable playbooks.
• Own end-to-end numbers for revenue retention, expansion, and customer value realization.
• Scale Industry Expansion with industry-specific playbooks and self-service strategies.
• Build leadership bench and succession planning for scalable growth.
• Represent RA at the executive level with key accounts and stakeholders.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Support, Marketing to embed RA insights in the customer journey.
