Gong seeks a senior Revenue Architecture leader to drive global strategy, governance, and transformation across NAMER, EMEA, and APAC. You will own performance, hiring, and development for a ~100-person organization, interacting with C-suite stakeholders to shape the customer journey and product priorities.

You will partner with Sales, Product, Support, Marketing, and other peers to embed RA into the customer lifecycle and to deliver consistent, scalable growth across markets.

Qualifikationen

• 15+ years of leadership experience in customer success, account management, or revenue-facing roles.
• Experience with enterprise-scale retention and expansion targets (GRR/NRR).
• Experience leading across multiple regions and time zones.

• Lead a global org of ~100 across NAMER, EMEA, and APAC with consistent standards.
• Define revenue architecture strategy, adoption, and change management at scale.
• Own end-to-end revenue metrics and forecasting for executive review.
• Scale Industry Expansion within IX with playbooks, automation, and self-service.
• Coach leaders, plan succession, and build leadership bench for growth.
